Animal Vision: Live Camera — Privacy Policy
Published by The Flapsy Lab

Camera processing
Animal Vision: Live Camera 0.3.0, shown inside the app as Animal Eyes, processes live camera frames locally on your device to provide 24 offline animal-vision profiles. Live frames remain ephemeral in camera and GPU memory. A rendered snapshot becomes a saved local capture only after you explicitly choose Save. While you review a snapshot, a temporary draft may exist in the app cache. If an interruption leaves a draft behind, the app removes stale drafts at a later app start, and the operating system may also clear the app cache. Sharing happens only after you explicitly choose Share. Animal Eyes does not automatically upload camera media.
Purchases
Animal Eyes offers a one-time lifetime purchase, Animal Eyes Pro. Google Play processes payment and RevenueCat processes an anonymous app-user identifier, product identifier, entitlement status, and transaction state only to sell, validate, and restore Animal Eyes Pro. Animal Eyes does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Ads
Animal Eyes has exactly eight permanently free lenses: Human, Dog, Cat, Horse, Cow, Deer, Rabbit, and Mouse. Opening a locked lens plays it free for five seconds and then shows an offer. A rewarded ad starts only after you explicitly choose to watch it; watching it to completion earns exactly 60 seconds of that lens, with at most eight earned previews per device-local calendar day. Free users also see one full-screen ad on every fifth lens change, including changes between free lenses; it is not tied to a particular lens. Animal Eyes Pro users see no ads at all. Animal Eyes has no banner ads and no app-open ads.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK starts when the app opens. When an ad is requested or loaded, Google Mobile Ads may process device and advertising identifiers, consent choices, IP address, diagnostics, ad interactions, and approximate location according to Google configuration and the choices available to you. Animal Eyes refreshes Google consent information before an ad request. When Google requires a consent message, Animal Eyes shows Google's consent form first and requests ads only if Google reports that ads may be requested.
Accounts and privacy choices
Animal Eyes has no user accounts and does not automatically upload camera media. Its P0 funnel keeps only fixed action names in memory for the current app run; it has no persistence, identifiers, network transport, or analytics provider. The in-app Privacy choices control is visible only when Google's User Messaging Platform reports that a privacy-options entry point is required; selecting it opens Google's privacy-options form.
Request data deletion
Animal Eyes does not create user accounts or upload camera media automatically. Saved captures stay on your device unless you choose Share; if Android backup is turned on, they may be included in your device backup. To request deletion of the anonymous Animal Eyes purchase and entitlement record associated with your installation, email theflapsylab@gmail.com with the subject “Animal Eyes data deletion request.” We will ask for your Google Play order number to locate the record and will delete the corresponding RevenueCat customer record.
Deletion removes the Animal Eyes-side anonymous purchase and entitlement record. Google Play may retain transaction records required for payment, fraud prevention, tax, or other legal obligations under Google's own retention policies. Google Mobile Ads data and consent choices are controlled through the in-app Privacy choices form and Google's privacy controls.
Permission used
Animal Eyes requests camera access to show the live lenses and Google Play Billing access to sell and restore Animal Eyes Pro. The Google Mobile Ads SDK also declares the advertising ID permissions it needs to serve ads. Scientific profile text and sources are bundled with the app and remain available offline.
Simulated spectra
Some lenses display false-colour UV, polarization, and thermal effects. UV, polarization, and thermal effects are simulations, not sensor measurements, and do not transmit camera data.
